Quality Control is one of the most important procedures during the whole production. We got a complete and delicate QC system in each step. Inspection can be separated in several steps like raw material and HW checking, online patches checking, finished products checking and well-packed products checking. The inspection way includes color fastness test, twisting test, pulling test, abrasion resistance test, load –bearing test and other basic checking like if all details comply to the clients’ inquiries, if clearance is done ideally and if packing way is perfect enough to protect products no matter in what kind of environment conditions they are gonna be.
